Sports & Soft-Tissue Therapy
Injury is part of staying active. How fast — and how well — you recover doesn't have to be left to chance.
If you're living an active lifestyle, it's not a question of if you'll deal with some kind of soft-tissue injury — it's when. Sprains, strains, inflamed joints, tight musculature, tendonitis, and overuse or repetitive stress injuries are simply part of staying active. What matters most is what happens next.

The Right Diagnosis, First
Before anything else, we identify exactly which tissue is actually injured — a specific answer, not a generic "soft tissue injury" label, because the right treatment depends entirely on getting this right.
Targeted techniques for real recovery
Once the injured tissue is identified, we use the right combination of therapies to relieve pain, restore motion, and rebuild resilience.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release locates areas of fascial adhesion within a muscle, tendon, or ligament, then works — manually or with an instrument — to release that tension and restore proper motion and function. We use both manual myofascial release and instrument-assisted myofascial release, also known as the Graston Technique.
Cupping
Our cupping treatments combine two approaches: static cupping, where cups are placed directly over the injured tissue to promote blood flow and release myofascial adhesions, and a more advanced slide cupping technique — a decompressive form of myofascial release layered on top of traditional cupping. Together, these promote strong blood flow, release adhesions, and speed healing through improved mobility and decreased pain.
Kinesio Taping
Kinesio tape is applied directly to the skin and works by improving blood flow to the area, improving range of motion, and decreasing pain sensation. Its elastic effect on skin receptors down-regulates the pain signals sent to the brain — restoring range of motion so proper rehabilitation can take place.
Customized Rehabilitation
Treating the injury is only the first step. We build customized strengthening, stabilizing, and stretching programs so the area isn't just healed — it's protected against the setbacks and re-injuries that come with an active lifestyle.
